You do your best to eat lightly. You know the more you eat the bigger you get. But you're really hungry and just don’t have the willpower to be good day in and day out. Especially by about 7 or 9pm.

Once your body detects that sugar, insulin is sent into your blood to pick up the sugar and deliver it to the working muscles.
Problem is, if the muscles aren't working (ie. you're sitting at your desk, dinner table, or on the couch), insulin then happily stores that energy as fat.
With me so far? Good.
